About our Sliding Windows:

Manufactured to comply with Australian Standards AS 1288-1994.
Adjustable nylon gliding rollers.
Baffled drain slots to allow water to drain outside and deter 'blow back'.
Corner gaskets to seal all frame corners tightly.
Continuous fixing flanges to protect timber linings of corners.
PVC glazing channel protects both sides of glass.
Mohair weather seals to minimise draughts and rattles.

Double Glazed Panel

Twin rollers have been developed for the sliding window allowing larger than usual sashes to be used including double glazed panels and laminated glass.

Unique design allows ease of operation and incorporates a plastic lock as standard or optional barrel.

Transome >>

Rounded hollow transome adds appearance & strength by projecting only on the outside of the window, allowing easy installation of blinds, curtains & shutters to hang & operate without interference.

TRU-BLU Aluminium sliding windows have been designed around smooth lines, ease of opearation, and all round performance. Three external frame widths are available, 48mm standard, 65mm for commericial and architectural use and 75mm for Western Australia fabricators. Sliding windows hollow sills are strong, easy to clean with high performance water penetration toleratnce (rating from 250Pa to 600Pa).

Sliding sash stiles are also rounded hollows with no internal projections to interfere with window furnishings. Screens and security screens are removable from the inside of the building and are positively held with security clips.

TRU-BLU's range of windows and doors have provision for double glazing conforming to energy rating and acoustic requirements of the future thus reducing heating and cooling costs.

CASEMENT WINDOWS

Large casement windows ensure maximum ventilation. Rounded sashes dominate the smooth appearance of this versatile window. Stainless steel friction stays are used to enhance the operation of the casement and awning window. The awning window is also available as a top hung sash with chain winder operation including provisions for flyscreens or security screens.

Louvre surround frame has smooth clean lines and provision for flyscreen and security

screen installation extruded into the sections.
